At Virginia Paving and Sealcoating, we take customer service very seriously. We use the process outlined below in order to ensure that all our clients enjoy the same great experience when working with us.
Initial Site Visit
When a new client contacts us and asks for a quote for a paving or sealcoating job, we will schedule a site visit in order to inspect the property. A representative will come out and measure the surface and provide an estimate based on the size and complexity of the project. For larger projects, the representative will discuss various options based on the client’s needs and budget in order to find a solution that works well for both parties. Once the customer accepts and signs a contract, we will schedule your project.
In order to ensure that work can begin on schedule, we need the cooperation of the customer. All vehicles and obstructions will need to be removed from the surface before our work crews arrive.
On the agreed upon date and time, our work crews will arrive to begin your project. Residential driveway sealcoating work can be completed in as little as an hour, while large commercial paving projects may take up to 3-4 days of work.
At the end of the project, we’ll carefully inspect the site to ensure that the work meets our high standards of excellence. If required, we’ll paint or repaint lines on the surface once it has dried, and clean up the site.
For a new asphalt surface, we highly recommend giving it a sealcoating treatment six months after installation, and once every 1-3 years after that depending on traffic volume. Your representative will discuss options for maintenance plans, including our PSS Total Surface Protection Plan.
All of our paving and sealcoating work comes with a 1-year warranty at no additional charge. Extended warranties are available for an additional fee.
